Parents/guardians of any student residing within the CVUSD attendance boundary may apply to enroll their student in a CVUSD school other than their residence school through the district’s Intradistrict Open Enrollment process. Open Enrollment transfer applications for the 2026–2027 school year will be available online from November 3, 2025 (7:30 a.m.) through December 5, 2025 (4:30 p.m.). Holiday Boutique class schedule is coming home this week. Students will be able to shop during their scheduled class time. Items will range in price from $0.25 to $5.00 and all sales are CASH ONLY. Students will be able to shop MONDAY, DEC. 8 through THURSDAY, DEC. 11 during their class times and Friday, DEC. 12 during FIRST RECESS AND LUNCH ONLY. Happy Shopping! CONGRATULATIONS TO THE 3RD GRADE CLASS OF MRS. HIRTZEL AND THE 4TH GRADE CLASS OF MRS. FLORES FOR HAVING THE HIGHEST ATTENDANCE PERCENTAGE FOR THE MONTH OF NOVEMBER. EACH CLASS CAME IN AT 98%! Thank you to our families for making daily attendance a high priority for your children! PFA is excited to offer ice cream treats to the winning classes! Great job!

Howard Cattle Faculty and Staff would like to wish each of our families a relaxing and peaceful winter break. As a reminder, on BOTH Tuesday, December 16 **AND** Wednesday, December 17 we will be on a Minimum Day schedule. School will be out from Thursday, December 18 through Sunday, January 4. School will resume on Monday, January 5, 2026. Enjoy your time with family and friends and see you in 2026!
