Registration for the 2026-2027 school year begins on Tuesday, January 20, 2026. * Please complete the online enrollment application through Aeries. * Provide the office with the following documentation: Birth Certificate Immunization Record Proof of Residency (bills cannot be older than 30 days) Registration hours are 9:00AM - 2:00PM

UPDATE INFORMATION: Yearbook sales through the online store are now closed. Any remaining yearbooks will be available for purchase via cash or check on a first-come, first-served basis, depending upon availability. Order forms are in the school office. Yearbooks are now $30 each.

Save the date for our Open House on Wednesday, May 6. We will begin the evening with a PFA meeting at 5:30PM. Classrooms will be open for visitations from 6:00 - 630PM. Come meet representatives from Chino Library, Chino Parks and Recreation, Chino Human Services, HOPE Center, Boys and Girls Scouts of Greater Los Angeles and our own school chapter of All Pro Dads!

Dance and Movement Class begins Wednesday, April 8 from 2:30 - 3:45PM in the MPR Bloom and Create Floral Class begins Thursday, April 9 from 2:30 - 3:30PM in room 102 These will be the last after school programs of the school year.

Beginning April 20, students in grades 3 - 6 will participate in the California Assessment of Student Performance and Progress (CAASPP). This statewide assessment measures student learning in English Language Arts and Mathematics and helps schools understand progress toward grade level standards. Testing will take place first thing in the morning. We ask that you avoid scheduling any appointments for your child during the day as we will be limiting classroom interruptions. As a reminder, we offer free breakfast from 7:10 - 7:40 AM. Thank you for your continued support as we work together to help our students do their best.

The purpose of the Cheerleading group at Howard Cattle Elementary is to promote school pride, unity and to lead the school in demonstrating spirit and support for our students and various academic and athletic teams. Cheerleaders will also represent Howard Cattle Elementary by participating in community events and by fostering enthusiasm at sporting events, assemblies, pep rallies and other school-related activities.
