The Howard Cattle staff is proud to offer a wide range of programs and activities that help students explore their interests, build positive friendships, and grow beyond the classroom. We encourage families and students to take a look and discover all the wonderful opportunities available for them to engage with the Cattle community and campus!
Dance and Movement Class
Get ready to move, groove, and express yourself in our Dance & Movement class! This high-energy, feel-good class is all about exploring different styles, building confidence, and having fun while you move. Whether you love hip-hop, contemporary, or just want to try something new, you’ll learn exciting routines, improve your coordination, and connect with others through the power of music and motion. No experience needed—just bring your energy and let your creativity shine on the dance floor!
Bloom and Create Floral Class
Step into a world of color and creativity with our Bloom & Create Floral Class! Students will learn the art of floral design—from crafting beautiful bouquets to arranging eye-catching centerpieces—while exploring their unique style. It’s a hands-on, relaxing space where you can express yourself, learn new skills, and bring a little beauty into every day. Whether you’re a beginner or already love working with flowers, come grow your creativity and make something amazing!
Cheer
Get ready to bring the energy! Our Cheer Club is all about spirit, teamwork, and having a blast while supporting our school community. Whether you’ve cheered before or just love to dance, jump, and get the crowd excited, there’s a place for you here. You’ll learn fun routines, build confidence, and make great friends along the way. Come be part of a positive, high-energy team that lifts everyone up—join the Cattle Cheer team and let your spirit shine!

The purpose of the Rustler Cheerleading group at Howard Cattle is to promote school pride and unity and to lead the school in demonstrating spirit and support for our students and various academic and athletic teams. Cheerleaders will also represent Howard Cattle by participating in community functions and by fostering enthusiasm at sporting events, asssemblies, pep rallies ansd other school-related activities.

Cheer Tryout Clinic will be held on TUESDAY, APRIL 28 FROM 11:30 am to 1:30 pm. Students will learn a cheer and dance routine that will be performed at tryouts.
- Students DO NOT have to attend the Tryout Clinic but it is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED that students attend to learn the tryout cheer and dance routine.
- Tryout clinic is closed to parents and spectators.
- Parents/guardians are responsible for transportation to and from Tryout Clinic.
Cheer Tryouts will be held on FRIDAY, MAY 1 AT 2:45 pm
- Each student will be given a tryout number. This number will be used at a later date to identlfy the students who have made the cheer team.
- Tryouts are closed to parents and spectators.
- This is the only day for tryouts, there will not be any make-up days.
- Parents/guardians are responsible for transportation to and from the tryouts.
